Be intentional
with all your activities. Focus on worthwhile endeavors. Live with purpose.
Study the nature
of consciousness.
Be wisdom guided
by discriminating between that which is real and unreal.
Live in the here
and now, in the Self.
Be a witness to
your thoughts. Don’t let them control you. You are not your thoughts. You are
spirit expressing.
Meditate on you
true nature. Who are you?
Be aware of the
ego, which is self-serving. Live with understanding and compassion toward
others instead. Be harmless in words and deeds. (Ahimsa).
Try not to react
to emotions, they are an energy that is changeable, they have little meaning.
Just watch them without being attached to them.
Don’t give energy
to negatives. Focus on the positives.
Negatives can be
an invitation to view the situation in a different way.
Regret is not a
negative, it is an invitation toward learning and change.
Do not live with
guilt. It is paralyzing and an ego response. (Who is it that feels guilty)?
Adjust expectations
to avoid disappointment.
Use wisdom and
awareness to create a successful life, which is happy and helpful to others.
